My goal as a coach is to help clients     connect their visions to their goals     and make them a reality.  To do this     it's my job to help you unstick the         stuck places by:

1. Examining the Big Picture. What might be influencing the picture? What are some of the unseen options? Who makes up your support system? What are the overall challenges?
2. Unpacking communication issues. How do unspoken assumptions create problems? How does always communicating on the defensive reduce your effectiveness?
3. Taking a skill set inventory.  What skills do you  or your staff have that can be used to overcome an obstacle or create and opportunity? These could come from a completely different place in your life or in their's.
4. Encouraging you to experiment. What happens when you hold your issues upside down or backwards? What would it be like to do things differently?
   

    As you learn and practice these         new insights and tools, you'll find         that you've discovered a new level     of personal mastery that you can         bring into each area of your life,

 Fees

The first telephone consultation is free.

Personal Coaching is $50.00 per one hour session. A sliding fee scale is available. Small business coaching is also available at $50.00 per hour.

Commitment

New clients commit to attending six sessions to start, usually one session per week. Business clients make a commitment of 2 meetings a month for roughly 6 months.

Areas of Service

Davis, Sacramento, Woodland, and Dixon, CA.  Other locations may require a travel fee.
